Jeffrey L. Ziolo, 35, of Des Plaines. Devoted son of Jerry and the late Dianne Ziolo. Cherished brother of Keith Guy, Michael Guy, Douglas Guy and Lori (Steve) Wolff. Dear grandson of Esther and the late Daniel Ziolo, and the late Lawrence and Helen Marcotte. Fond nephew, uncle, cousin and friend of many.
Jeffrey was born in Park Ridge on April 9, 1982 and grew up in Mt. Prospect. He will be dearly missed.

Funeral service Monday 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
Interment All Saints Cemetery.
